Basic characteristics of fight:
- the fights are in a ring 8x8m
- gloves – 12 ounces, foot protection – Pro-Taekwondo socks
- full contact and knock-out allowed
- maximum 2 punches allowed in one series, after which kick must be done or action must be stopped
- from punches only direct and punch with upper part of fist are allowed
- final fight is 3x2 minutes with 1 minute break, and rest of fights are 2x2 minutes
- final tournament lasts for 2 hours
